Please note the following:
1) Entry fee is $175.00 per angler prior to September 19th, then $200.00 per angler thereafter.
2) A team will consist of two to four qualified anglers with an agriculture connection.
3) All Shirts will be men’s sizes, so ladies, choose size accordingly.
4) Please fill in ALL THE CONTACT INFORMATION so we can have some semblance of an accurate guest list.
5) The tournament reserves the right to define “Qualified Angler”.
