Please note the following:
1) Entry fee is $225.00 per angler prior to October 30th, then $250.00 per angler thereafter.
2) A team will consist of two to four qualified anglers with an agriculture connection.
3) All Shirts will be men’s sizes, so ladies, choose size accordingly.
4) Please fill in ALL THE CONTACT INFORMATION so we can have some semblance of an accurate guest list.
5) The tournament reserves the right to define “Qualified Angler”.

MANDATORY RELEASE FORM, UNSIGNED FORM UNACCEPTABLE - In consideration for the acceptance of my entry, I, for my heirs, executors and administrators release and forever discharge The Redneck Invitational Fishing Tournament Inc., the members of the Tournament Committee, Cabbage Key, Tarpon Lodge, all sponsors, producers, their agents, representatives, successors and assigns of all liabilities, claims, actions, damages, cost, or expenses which I may have against them arising out of or in any way connected with my participation in this event, including travel to and from this event. I understand that this waiver may be suffered by me before, during or after the event. I understand that this waiver includes any claims based on negligence, action, inaction or interaction of any of the above parties.
